—Where is my package?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown.
—Can I get a refund?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits or returns for any reason due to the nature of this product & due to Covid-19. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Please read all FAQ prior to making a purchase.
Orders generally ship within 3-7 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is within 2-5 business days, and 8-15 business days internationally. Also, please double check your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this also may delay your order from being shipped.
- Make sure that your billing and shipping address matches. Email us before placing an order if your order needs to be sent to a different address outside of the billing address. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses.
